As HUNTER’s first chief influencer officer, Donetta Allen leads the Influencer practice, overseeing the agency’s approach to working with social influencers and creators, establishing best practices across the agency, and establishing measurement and reporting rigor. As the woman who can do everything and more, Donetta is also HUNTER’s managing director, retail and digital, a role that finds her supporting the agency’s retail practice with her digital, social and influencer expertise, and all while dazzling clients like Amazon, Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, King’s Hawaiian and Pompeian with her deep knowledge and passion for digital-first work that matters.

Through the lens of over two decades of hands-on public relations and brand management experience, Donetta has helped the agency’s clients establish and build influencer programming and owned social media channels that serve to amplify messaging and engage their audiences. By devising strategic plans and narratives that are focused on the long-term, Donetta has helped countless brands build their businesses and turn customers into loyal fans.
