Shane Arman is a senior vice president and head of U.S. sports at Allison Worldwide based in Chicago with 15 years of experience developing and executing award-winning, integrated sports marketing campaigns – with an earned-first- approach – for clients across consumer, retail, technology, CPG, start-up, healthcare, non-profit, beer and spirits and more. Arman co-founded Allison Sports in 2021 and is the go-to subject-matter-expert relied upon by global leaders to drive sharp, break-through sports ideas for the agency’s top clients.

Arman is an active media relations professional and obsessive sports fan, leveraging his insatiable competitive sports spirit to win for clients in ways they thought weren’t possible. From crashing Super Bowl cities on ten separate occasions for 20-plus clients, to driving strategy for clients involved in the World Cup, the National Championship and the World Series, Arman delivers strategy, earned media results and breakthrough content ideas that drive business growth.

He brings a deep understanding of the media landscape and significant reporter relationships to current and past clients like Budweiser, Dexcom, Intel, Sprouts Farmers Market, GNC, GoDaddy, Qualcomm, Hormel Foods, PGA TOUR Superstore, MetLife, Discover Financial and T-Mobile. 

Before joining Allison Worldwide, he most recently handled celebrity and sports talent procurement at Burns Entertainment & Sports Marketing, developing a deep understanding of celebrity strategy, contract negotiation, and talent management.
