Felicia Blow, Ph.D., APR, is CEO of Walker Blow Consulting, LLC. Her firm serves mission-driven organizations, blending executive-level expertise with personalized, high-touch service to help clients elevate fundraising performance, strengthen brand presence and communications, as well as build sustainable donor and stakeholder engagement.

Dr. Blow has held senior leadership roles at Paul D. Camp Community College, Tidewater Community College, Hampton University and Elizabeth City State University. Most recently she also served as executive director of the University of Virginia Community Health Foundation and director of development for UVA Community Hospitals. At Hampton, she led the institution’s $150 million Dream No Small Dreams II Campaign, one of the most ambitious campaigns in its history.

Her leadership and influence have been featured in several publications, including Diverse Voices (PRSA Foundation, 2018) and PR Women with Influence: Breaking Through Ethical and Leadership Challenges (Meng, Neill, Pitts et al., 2020). She was also has been named Outstanding Alumna of the Year by Strayer University.

A long-standing member of the Public Relations Society of America, she served as PRSA’s Board Chair in 2022, helping guide the profession through a period of significant change.

Dr. Blow holds a bachelor’s degree in mass media arts from Hampton University, an MBA from Strayer University and a doctorate in higher education administration from Old Dominion University.
