Travis Bullard

Travis Bullard is a senior director at APCO Worldwide and brings two decades of experience working inside some of the world’s largest and fastest growing technology companies leading global communications strategies to build new brands, protect reputations, and reach new audiences. Today, he helps lead APCO’s Corporate Communications and Brand Practice and works with clients across a variety of industries, from established Fortune 100 brands and disruptive start-up companies, to share their stories and build relationships with key stakeholders and target audiences.
Prior to joining APCO, he helped lead corporate communications at Cisco where he was responsible for strategic campaigns across the company’s Americas Region. Before joining Cisco, Travis helped launch GlobalFoundries as a joint venture between AMD and Mubadala Development Corporation of Abu Dhabi. Starting as a spin-off of AMD, GlobalFoundries quickly became one of the largest and fastest growing semiconductor technology companies in the world, with manufacturing campuses in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
A proven leader and trusted advisor, his background also includes roles at global Fortune 500 tech companies including AMD and National Instruments, as well as start-ups like eVisionUSA.com. He is a graduate of the Public Communication and Issues Management program at The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
Travis has served on the Executive Committee for the Corporate Communications Section of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and has previously served on the Boards of the Austin Chapter and North Carolina Chapter of PRSA.
