Aaron Copley-Spivey
Aaron Copley-Spivey is the Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator for the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. He holds a BA in Communication from Wittenberg University and an MA in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University. Throughout his career in higher education, he has worked in private and public universities in student affairs, housing, and human resources.
During the 2020-2021 academic year he was named a member of the CUPA-HR Emerging Leaders cohort in recognition of his contributions to the higher education human resources field.
