Ronele M. Dotson, APR, Fellow PRSA
Ronele M. Dotson, APR, Fellow PRSA, is a native Renoite and entrepreneurial advocate. Founder and president of RAD Strategies Inc., the agency celebrates 18 years of business this year. Focused on the integration of marketing, communication, social media and innovative strategies, Ronele brings 28 years of dedication to the profession and the agency’s clients. She wears her commitment to and drive for the profession as a badge of honor leading programs that have resulted in increased economic vitality and demonstrated crisis communications leadership at the highest level.
She is a 2020 inductee into PRSA's College of Fellows. Ronele is a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno. She currently serves as the Communications Committee chair for national PRSA after having served on the PRSA national Board as director, secretary and treasurer. She is vice-chair of the Nevada Women’s Fund and serves on the Western Nevada Community Foundation Board.
Work completed on behalf of RAD’s clients has garnered a Bronze Anvil from PRSA, as well as several Silver Spike Awards of Excellence in Public Relations Programming and Tactics from the PRSA Sierra Nevada Chapter as well as ACE Awards from the local chapter of American Marketing Association.
Ronele believes in developing and encouraging professionals at all stages of their career. Faith, family and friends are her priorities and help to keep her grounded.
