Jesse Feister is an entrepreneurial leader with more than 15 years of global, cross‑functional experience across creator products, technology startups and media and entertainment. Driven by a passion for creativity, people and progress, Jesse has built a career keeping all three at the center. His work includes launching and scaling ventures such as the Twitch DJ Program, AWAL (acquired by Sony Music), Songspace (acquired by FUGA, now Virgin Music) and LiveSchool (a Wall Street Journal 2013 Startup of the Year finalist). He brings extensive experience leading teams, managing project financials and executing innovative products and global growth initiatives.

A former artist and songwriter (Island Def Jam, Warner/Chappell), Jesse brings deeply held creative values and longstanding relationships across the creative side of the media and entertainment industries. He is a vocal advocate for the entrepreneurial role of former creators within traditional corporate environments and has published research in outlets such as Harvard Business Review on how organizations can identify, develop and maximize the value of talent with creative backgrounds.

Jesse has served as a panelist at SXSW (2015 and 2016), MusicBiz (2015), Music 4.5: Blockchain and the Trust Issue and the Digital Hollywood UCLA Music Summit (2020). He is a Techstars Music 2020 mentor, a two‑time Clio Award winner (2021 and 2024) for music marketing and a 2020 Webby‑nominated video producer.
