John Gonzalez is the Communications Manager for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland where he has worked for more than 20 years. He manages internal communication and the Sewer District’s social media content and strategy to share updates, answer questions, and promote often-overlooked aspects of clean-water work.
