As a director, she helmed the Screen Actors Guild’s A Heart United and The Angina Monologues. Earlier, La Monte spent over six years as executive vice president of the Motion Picture Group at Rogers & Cowan and held marketing roles at Disney, Universal, Orion Pictures, Italian studio Cinecittà, and TV3 New Zealand.
