Lisa Du Bois Low, MBA, APR, has been writing, speaking and consulting about social and owned media since 2007 and is well known for her expertise on the intersection of technology, social media and strategic communications. In addition to the creation and execution of Texas Tech's first institutional-level digital marketing strategy to align earned media efforts with social and owned media platforms in 2007, Low led the Office of Communications & Marketing's Web & Emerging Media team in the research, planning and execution of various emerging media and user-generated content strategies including smartphone applications, iTunes U, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. She teaches Digital PR Strategies and PR Content Development.
