Lindy Noel is a corporate communications specialist for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the NHL where she plays an integral role in shaping and sharing the team’s off-ice stories. She partners closely with media and internal departments to lead strategic communications, media relations and storytelling efforts that elevate the organization’s brand. Prior to joining Columbus, Noel served as marketing and communication manager for the St. Louis Blues, overseeing media relations for events at Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre, and leading communication campaigns establishing the venues as premier entertainment destinations. She previously held a communications role with the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Missouri Chapter, executing multi-platform awareness campaigns across 96 counties.

In 2024, she gained national recognition for becoming a living kidney donor to longtime Columbus sportswriter Aaron Portzline. Later that year, she was honored with a Stan Musial Award and recognized during the NHL Awards for her extraordinary act of generosity. In 2025, she was also named to Columbus Monthly’s Inspiring Women Class of 2025.
