William Pilkington

William Pilkington is the HOPE Program Director at North Carolina Central University where he conducts research on racial disparities and implements community-based health solutions. For 39 years, Pilkington was the public health director in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Pilkington holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, a M.P.A. and D.P.A. from the University of Southern California, and a M.A. from the Center for Homeland Defense and Security at the Naval Postgraduate School.
