Laurie Schalow
Laurie Schalow is the chief corporate affairs and food safety officer at Chipotle as well as the president of The Chipotle Cultivate Foundation. Prior to this, she was Vice President of Public Affairs for Yum! Brands. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Restaurant Association and is an advisory board member for Wine Country Women.
