Molly Stock brings more than 20 years of integrated strategic communications experience spanning a wide range of industries and a broad client base that includes multi-national companies, private corporations and community-based organizations. 

Molly leads multi-million dollar, highly integrated accounts, utilizing analytics to create actionable insights that drive communications strategies for both brand lifecycle management, as well as corporate reputation enhancement. She has experience across a diverse set of therapeutic areas, including oncology, GI, vaccines, rare disease and mental health. Molly provides regular counsel to senior leaders and the C-Suite on effective internal and external communications strategies. Molly also specializes in crisis and issues preparedness - helping clients prepare for crisis scenarios and developing strategies, messaging and materials to respond to issues as they arise. She has helped clients create processes for triaging and managing issues while ensuring consistent and transparent communications with employees and other internal stakeholders. 

Prior to joining W2O, Molly was at Golin, where specialized in diseases that target niche populations. She led all public relations activities, including the approval of Shire's LIALDA® for ulcerative colitis and work with Bristol-Myers Squibb to develop programs aimed at reducing the stigma associated with hepatitis B among Asian American populations. Molly spent time at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, one of Chicago's most prestigious academic medical centers, where she served as media contact for 14 therapeutic and non-therapeutic areas, tasked with increasing the profile of the hospital and its physician specialists in local and national media. Molly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Journalism (emphasis in public relations) and Spanish and she frequently guest lectures in their School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
