Throughout her career, Judith has been a sought-after senior counselor on messaging, marketing and reputation management for organizations and the executive teams that drive them. She has amassed a broad portfolio of experience across corporate, non-profit and agency engagements, specializing in helping companies become fluent in the new grammar of higher value benefits – sustainability, human health and employee engagement.  

Prior to joining IWBI, Judith was Executive Vice President at the U.S. Green Building Council, culminating a 13-year tenure of helping shape the organization’s global brands and extending the influence and visibility of its executive team. Prior to joining USGBC, she spent more than 20 years as principal strategist for several agencies representing a broad range of technology, healthcare and manufacturing clients. She began her career in public and government affairs in Atlanta and Chicago, before joining then-Mayor Henry Cisneros’ team working to put San Antonio on the economic development and tourism map in the ‘80s. She took charge of Atlanta’s highly regarded economic development marketing program, Forward Atlanta in 1987, leading efforts around that city’s hosting of the 1988 Democratic National Convention and Atlanta’s successful bid for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.
