Understanding Your Target Audience

Let’s be honest: Chances are that you graduated from college. Most people who now work in public relations have a bachelor’s degree and an increasing number of PR pros also pursue master’s degrees.

In this bubble, we easily forget that only four in 10 Americans have earned either a two- or four-year postsecondary degree, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, 2011.
