Alexandre Bouché, Senior Vice President, Growth

Alexandre Bouché joined PRSA as Senior Vice President, Growth in September 2025, overseeing membership, business development, sales, partnerships and alliances. In this role, he leads the organization’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding revenue streams, strengthening strategic partnerships and enhancing member value.

Bouché brings extensive experience in global business development, market expansion and stakeholder engagement. He previously served as Managing Director of Global Development & Engagement at the International City/County Management Association and held senior roles in business development and market research at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he supported international growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.

He earned an Executive MBA from Georgetown University, a master’s degree in instructional design from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Institute of Chemical Engineering in Moscow. Bouché resides in Miami, Florida.
