Alexandre Bouché, Vice President, Business Development & Alliances

Alexandre Bouché joined PRSA as Vice President of Business Development & Alliances in September 2025. In this role, he leads efforts to advance PRSA’s strategic growth initiatives, strengthen partnerships and diversify revenue streams.

Bouché previously served as Managing Director of Global Development & Engagement at the International City/County Management Association and held senior roles in global business development and market research at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

He earned an Executive MBA from Georgetown University, a master’s degree in instructional design from The George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Institute of Chemical Engineering in Moscow. Bouché resides in Miami, Florida.
