Artificial intelligence is quickly becoming a part of how work gets done, speeding up research and improving efficiency. It’s also creating a layer of uncertainty as employees try to understand what it means for their roles, value and future.
When organizations introduce AI, success doesn’t depend on the tool alone. It depends on how leaders show up. Employees are looking for clear context and direction. You can’t hand people a powerful tool, give vague direction and hope for the best. Used well, AI can improve workflow and outcomes. Used without structure, it creates confusion and risk.
