I was recently dragged into a product demo.
As communication and PR professionals, we get constantly pitched on products, services, things that “will change our lives,” and the claims keep coming. Most of the time I shrug them off because I look for solutions when I have a problem I need to fix, not a solution in search of a problem I didn’t know I had.
