PRSA Storytellers: Command Messages

All participants will learn to develop Gumbo Command Messages that provide your publics with Hope-Stability-Compassion-Trust by using The 27-9-3 Gumbo Message mapping technique. Additionally, we'll discuss how to be become a SuperHero Spokesperson by channeling your Inner Aristotle during a crisis.
