With nearly 20 years’ experience in brand communications, Thomas has been leading the BCW Integrated Solutions team in North America since October 2018 focused on expanding the agency’s research and strategy, data intelligence and performance media capabilities. He is driven by the belief that creative grounded in human truth is one half of the story, the other is a deployment strategy grounded in analytics that makes content work smarter and harder for brands and corporations. 

Before focusing his career on strategic planning and brand development, Thomas spent 10 years creating and implementing campaigns across CPG, travel and tourism, consumer technology, beauty and luxury retail in both the UK and the US. He joined Ketchum in New York as the first full-time strategic planner on the communications side to work on P&G globally, helping the brand make more meaningful connections with people through a deeper understanding of their values, mindset and their shifting behaviors. As Managing Director of Zeno Group New York, Thomas expanded the agency’s data and performance media capabilities, applying the rigors of data analytics to brand storytelling, building a team of data scientists, structured data engineers and statisticians to deliver actionable intelligence to clients, helping brands and corporations increase media performance and drive business impact.  

Among recent innovations, Thomas oversaw the development of a new analytics framework that gives teams and clients access in real-time to defendable intelligence to help craft, deploy and optimize stories with more agility and precision. In addition to his integrated remit at BCW, Thomas is actively involved in the development of inclusion and diversity offerings, as well as being the executive sponsor of the agency’s African American ERG.
