Creating Campus Relationships to Strengthen Communications

One of the few silver linings of the COVID-19 pandemic was how it forced campus communicators to reach out across decentralized communication teams to ensure campus community members received accurate, timely information about the pandemic, changing school policies, and available resources. Central communications teams became the clearinghouse for communications coming out of individual colleges and schools on campus.
