Financial Transparency: What to Say? How to Say it? Why to Say it"

Most agency staffers have only a superficial understanding of agency finances and results. And many owners prefer it that way. Yet, this lack of knowledge often leads to a laissez faire attitude about overservicing, an inability to talk to clients about money and a lack of personal “investment” in agency financial success.
So what do you tell your staffs about agency financial performance without giving away sensitive detail? How can you help them become more confident with clients about budgets and scope? How can they become more sensitive to how their actions will influence agency finances?

This informative and highly participatory workshop will cover the basics of what you need to tell your staffs about how agencies make and lose money. It will also equip CAPRSA owners with a “script” to help them talk to their staffs about financial performance. As someone who has led agencies and coached and advised agency owners for more than 18 years, I firmly believe that the more aware and knowledgeable staffs are about the business of an agency, the more they will understand and be sensitive to their role in the agency’s financial success.

1.Understand why financial transparency is critical in today's (and tomorrow's) competitive agency environment and how it will improve overall agency culture
2.Learn why smart financial communication to your staff will also improve your financial success.
3.Learn the most important financial information to share with staff and how to say it,
