Perri Richman, Co-founder of Inspire Global Ventures & Principal of the Brand Promise
Perri Richman is a strategist, innovator and advisor blending leadership experience at complex global corporations with advisory of early-stage companies to further winning innovation for consumers, companies and investors. 

Perri is a co-founder of Inspire Global Ventures, bridging corporates and funds with early-stage companies to advance innovation and investment. She has partnered with Tracy McWilliams, and together designed and launched JASPY, an early-stage management technology platform for corporates, funds and institutions. JASPY streamlines, simplifies and standardizes a fragmented technology market for investment, acquisition, partnership and management of early-stage companies. 

Perri is a behavioral and organizational psychologist whose study and intellectual property centers on the contribution of founders and leaders on the likelihood of success of companies. Her work has been applied with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, accelerators and incubators, and directly with early-stage founders. Perri also invests, advises and serves on the Boards of women, minority-owned and social-impact growth companies and participates on non-profit Boards centered on entrepreneurship and economic development including Empower the Village and the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship and Economic Development. 

Previously, Perri directed corporate marketing and strategy, communications and ESG positioning efforts for industrial technology giants, American Standard, Ingersoll Rand and Trane Technologies. She led change, financial and brand communications for 50+ M&A transactions and integrations, the commercialization of 250+ technology and service innovations, and award-winning Environmental, Social and Governance work. 

Perri earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from New York University and a master's degree in industrial / organizational psychology from the University of Hartford. She is a certified executive coach, change leadership professional, and reputation and crisis manager, and earned credentials in social impact design thinking and impact investing.

Carla Vallone, President, Portavoce PR 
Carla is a marketing and communications strategist for business-to-business organizations and leaders who are commercializing highly-technical, mission-critical products and services.

She builds marketing communications strategies that are approachable for companies that don’t yet have mature marketing practices and leads her team of specialists to create and deliver content that generates leads in the AI, technology, robotics, manufacturing and industrial sectors. 
During her 20-plus years in public relations and marketing, Carla has worked for and represented Fortune 100 companies as well as dynamic start-up companies. In 2011, she founded Portavoce Public Relations, an award-winning marketing communications agency located in Greater San Diego. Marrying business-to-business insights and buying habits with an organization’s inherent expertise, Portavoce PR mobilizes marketing strategies the remove barriers to activation, generate leads and accelerate the sales process. 

A graduate of New York University, Carla began her career in New York City at Burson Cohn & Wolfe (formerly Burson-Marsteller), a top 10 global public relations firm. There she worked on some of America’s most well-known brands including Sunbeam, McCormick Spices, Kellogg Cereal and Sony Electronics. In 2002 Carla moved to in-house communications, leading all public relations and communications for Segway Inc., the creator of the Segway Personal Transporter. Subsequently she served as senior communications manager for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT), the world’s leading provider of wireless chipsets. 

Carla is devoted to the advancement of women and girls in STEM. She served on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc. of San Diego County from 2014 to 2020. In 2017, she was voted one of the top three "Leading Ladies in Non-profit" by Locale Magazine.
