Navigating Employee Mental Health With Help From Tech

Employee mental health affects us all, particularly in public relations. According to research published in PR Week in December 2022, a survey of 175 PR professionals found that 90% had experienced poor mental health at some point in the previous year.
Even worse, PR practitioners are about half as likely as other professionals to take time off to deal with their mental health challenges. In public relations, we often find ourselves juggling heavy workloads. But client demands and our fast-paced workdays are not the only factors taking a toll on our states of mind.
