It used to be that people obtained jobs by filling out applications and then being interviewed. If you met the requirements and made a good impression, you were hired. Today, the process for finding work has changed dramatically. 

As I have navigated my job-search journey, I have seen a completely different landscape for how companies recruit and interview talent. Let’s be honest: The current recruitment system is broken.
