While filled with good intentions, phrases like "Can do," "Get on with it," and "Positive vibes only" can harm our mental health. This session focuses on Toxic Positivity, defined as "the belief that people should maintain a positive mindset, no matter how dire or difficult a situation."

This session covers what is toxic positivity, how we might experience it, and actionable steps to take as you're working with your teams and clients.
