At PRSA, we know many of our members might face financial and career uncertainty from unexpected job losses or transitions. We want you to know we are here for you now and as you move into your next career chapter. You might not have needed some of the member benefits offered by PRSA before, but, if you need them now, we want to remind you your membership comes with access to services. We stand shoulder to shoulder with you, offering you the kind of help and support only a group of colleagues and friends can provide.

To ensure you have resources and information when you need them, PRSA has collaborated with our Public Affairs and Government Section to develop a Displaced Professionals Portal, which provides a one-stop shop to access a variety of tools to help you manage this transition. From hardship plans to help you maintain your PRSA dues, access to the PRSA Jobs Board, and articles and webinars to give you learning resources to help you brush up and retool your skill set, this portal will focus on your needs.

In the coming days and weeks, look for additional programming, articles, and mentoring opportunities to be offered by PRSA as we continue to seek ways to assist. We also welcome your feedback to ensure we give you what you need.

Thank you for your service. We are with you.

Ray Day, APR
PRSA 2025 Chair

How Communicators Manage Through Change and Grief

Change may be inevitable, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Change and grief are often two sides of the same coin — both difficult to experience and hard to talk about. This virtual program will help communicators who are counsel to their leaders and trusted colleagues be prepared to lead the way through change and grief successfully.

Speaker:
Lori Croy, APR, MO Dept. of Commerce & Insurance, Director of Communications
