PRSSA announced today that The University of Florida was named the winner of the 2023 Bateman Case Study Competition. Earning second place was The University of Colorado Boulder -- The Daily He(a)rd, followed by Louisiana State University in the third-place spot.

PRSA announced today that Michele Norris will be a keynote speaker at ICON 2023, being held Oct. 15-17 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

PRSSA announced the election of its 2023-2024 National Committee. Sankalp Sharma was elected as National President and will lead the group of volunteer student committee members beginning their one-year term on June 1.

Michelle Egan, APR, Fellow PRSA, PRSA 2023 Chair and Chief Communications Officer for Alyeska Pipeline Service, has been named to PRNEWS’ 2023 class of Top Women in PR. She was honored in the Industry Champion category, which celebrates women “who’ve had an exceptional impact on the direction and advancement of the P.R. and communications industry beyond their impact at their own companies.”

Applications will be accepted for the 2024 PRSA Board of Directors beginning on Monday, April 3, and will be accepted through Friday, May 12.
