Social CEOs are increasingly attracting attention.
At Weber Shandwick, we had already audited the social media habits of the world’s largest company CEOs in 2010 and 2012 (“Socializing Your CEO: From (Un)Social to Social” and “Socializing Your CEO II,” respectively) but thought that members of the workforce might have a unique perspective. We were curious how employees saw the upsides and downsides of CEO online engagement. The results from this investigation appear in the 2012 report “The Social CEO: Executives Tell All.”
