New Affinity Group Supports Senior-Level PR Pros
PRSA has launched the Seasoned Pros Affinity Group to support members aged 50-plus with at least 10 years of experience — this includes those who are active, nearing retirement or already retired.
Aligned with the DEI Committee’s mission to expand inclusion across all ages and stages of life, the group creates a welcoming environment for sharing institutional knowledge, mentoring emerging professionals and staying actively involved through consulting, teaching, pro bono work and evolving career paths. It seeks to combat ageism, preserve institutional memory, and strengthen intergenerational connections.
Douglas Fenichel, APR, and Lynn Ellen Perez-Hewitt, APR, will co-chair the group through 2027.
